Shipping Expectations:
All orders will be processed within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12PM CST. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will also ship on the following Monday unless that Monday falls on a Holiday.

Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed. An order tracking number will also be included in a separate order completion email. All orders are shipped in the continental US via USPS and can take anywhere from 3-9 days to arrive. If you choose the UPS at checkout, your package will arrive in 1-5 days (excluding orders placed Friday after 12pm through Sunday). If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and choose the USPS option, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. *We verify all credit cards before shipping. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, the postal service used will require a signature so please be aware of this. Your tracking number will let you know what day you can expect your order.* Please note that all packages are shipped uninsured. We will not be held responsible should USPS or UPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with any charges for expedited shipping.

Return Policy:
Thanks for shopping with Desirée Consignment Boutique! We hope you LOVE the items you purchased, but just in case something doesn’t work out please follow the guidelines of our Return Policy. We gladly accept items for exchange or online store credit within 7 days of your package arrival. You may exchange any unwashed and unworn or defective merchandise within 7 days of the arrival date. No sale and discounted items are available for exchange or online store credit.  Please follow the instructions below to return/exchange your purchase. Keep all original tags attached and send the original invoice when shipping. Return/Exchange Information:

If you were sent incorrect products, missing items from your order or believe you have received defective product you must contact the Desirée Consignment Boutique Online Team within 2 days of receiving your order by calling 251-341- 7529 or emailing info@shopatdcb.com.

Items must be unworn, unaltered and original tags must be attached to be eligible for return.

Items must be shipped back and postmarked within 7 days (unless 7th day falls on a Sunday or a Holiday) from the date the items were delivered to you.

Any items marked sale will not be accepted for return or exchange – This includes any items not sold at full price which would include Sale Items of the week, Final Sales, or discounted items.

Returned items will be refunded with online store credit only.

Returns are handled within 5 business days of receiving your return. We will send you an email confirmation when your online store credit has been issued.

Items returned with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to shipping costs.

To Return/Exchange Your Purchase:

You are responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s) for all orders. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

In order to make a return, please refer to our Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

If the order is returned past the 7 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you and the standard USPS shipping charge of $4.95, $6.95, or 10.95 (based on weight) will be applied to your card or PayPal account.
